This song is covered in different languages. In French by Mireille Mathieu as Le vieux café de la Rue d Amérique and by Joe Dassin as Le café des trois colombes. English covers were recorded by Engelbert Humperdinck as The little cafe by the Harbour, in the USA by Audrey Landers as My Favourite cafe on the Harbour and by Demis Roussos as The Red Rose Cafe. In Germany it was recorded by Peter Alexander as Die Kleine Kneipe. James Last and André Rieu played an instrumental version of it. The backing track for my instrumental version is made by me. I made a new arrangement and replaced the 12string guitar by an accordeon sounding like it was played in a nostalgic cafe in France or the Netherlands. Everything is played
