Russian Wood Stove, Aricxi Teepee, Dampening Air Intake

Testing the Russian collapsible wood stove. After reading some of your comments regarding the air vents, I decided to do something about it. The stove works great without messing with the air holes. Nevertheless, the burn time could be better. Dampening the air intake would definitely help with that. After the stove got up to temperature, I tried placing a piece of titanium that I had and propping it in place temporarily with a log. It worked It didnt put it out and it seemed to last a little longer. The burn time is about 2hrs with a good size log (well seasoned hard wood) Next step is cut a strip of titanium and wedge it in between the supporting rods.
