Pole Move Muscle Up Tutorial

I ve had a few people ask me how to do a Muscle Up so here it is. Thank you to the AMAZING Billie Brooklyn (who just recently got this move) for showing me a video of Irina Savina doing this move. At the time I saw her video I had never seen anyone do it before, I taught myself how to do it and have successfully taught a few other people how to do it since.
