A new report published by Human Rights Watch is calling on Kiev to investigate the Ukrainian military s use of rocketlaunched landmines, the use of which, as we reported on multiple occasions, lead to numerous injuries among the civilian population of Donbass. RTs Roman Kosarev reports.
