Eric Lilliebridge Deadlift Training up to 395kgs, 870lbs
This was my first heavy Deadlift training session I had since my shoulder injury. The last time I pulled over 800lbs was back in mid April, so about 2 full months ago. So this is where my strength is at not training Deadlifts hard or heavy at all since then. I had plans of going up to around 840850lbs for this training session but my warm ups were feeling good so I upped my planned top set higher to 870lbs which is around 97 of my best Deadlift.
