Making a Wood Leather Cross Body Satchel Bag

I m revisiting the wood leather crossbody satchel purse in this video Admittedly, the first part of this video is more woodworking than leather craft (and yes; I know my router table is super lowend. ) I ve never worked with Lati before, but it leaves an interesting pattern when laser engraved. The main leather I m using for this purse is a special hide Tandy Leather used to sell called Colorida Scale Print Side. Not sure if it s still available. I purchased it years ago from their clearance bins. The dragon graphic is from Btw: the Chinese characters engraved on the wood roughly translate to a rising dragon rides the clouds.
