Dental Makeover and she never even saw it

Kassey came to my office after I found her on noticed she wasnt smiling in any of her I couldnt help myself. I messaged this complete stranger and asked her if she wouldnt mind coming into my office and discussing her smile and why she wasnt willing to show it in any of her pics. She was very very skeptical, but I assured her I just wanted to see if I could help. What I found completely had me in shock and I just couldnt help the next words to come out of my mouth.
