West accomplices in Ukraine army crimes Russian UN envoy

Russia s Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia has taken aim at his Western counterparts, stating that, by arming Kiev, they are accomplices in the Ukraine conflict. Nebenzia also added that Moscow reserves the right to use any measures at its disposal to counter incoming threats to Russia s security. RTs Caleb Maupin has details.
