How to build an automated Honeycomb Farm in Minecraft 1. 17 Hello, this is our first 1. 17 build. It s also the first build that uses redstone to make an automated farm We ll make a bee farm to get honeycomb. Honeycomb is used to craft candles, honeycomb blocks, beehives and to wax copper. The farm has 5 beehives, so enough to house 15 bees. There s access to the back of the dispensers to refill them with shears and also storage to store your honeycomb and more shears.
