Making a round bench

I made a similar project five years ago and thought it would be cool to recreate it for youtube. I started by cutting 4. 5 mm x 50 mm and 4. 5 mm x 100 mm strips from 5 cm thick larch planks. After cutting, each strip was sanded on both sides down to 4 mm. 100 strips of various lengths went into each block to get final 40 cm wide bench seat. Strips are glued together using two component melamine glue in a mold previously cut on cnc. After drying, each block was cnc milled down to final shape. surfaces are sa
