How do I get customers to pay

It has really been invaluable advice. At some point you encouraged me to do something that I really like. I decided to start a Daycare because my heart was so much into it. I called this Day Care, Divine Mercy Day Care Centre and Nursery. First term I had 4 kids. This is the second term and I have 15 kids. The only constraint is the mothers are finding it hard to pay. What is amazing is that the number has increased. How do I overcome the challenge of non paying mothers, they are poor yet needy. I have prayed for Divine mercy and divine intervention because I need money to pay rent for the premises and the teachers looking after the kids. It is rather challenging. Please give me some
