Happy birthday Putin surprises Xi Jinping with cake and ice cream

Xi celebrated his 66th birthday in Tajikistans capital on the sidelines of the Conference on Interaction and ConfidenceBuilding Measures in Asia. Congratulating Xi, Putin admitted that while celebrating his own birthday in Indonesia they had been in a better position since the party had started after work, not beforehand.
