Take Me Home is a song by the band Black Sabbath. It is an outtake recorded during the sessions for the last album 13 (2013) and appears on the EP The End (2016). The first mention of this song was in November 2013, 5 months after the release of the album 13, and it was titled Hanging By a Thread. The lyrics were written by Geezer Butler, and are inspired by his feelings and thoughts about the lymphoma that Tony Iommi was diagnosed with at the time. At the time of being included in the EP The End, the song was renamed as Take Me Home.
