Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat Countdown
Do six reps followed immediately by a 6second iso hold in the bottom position with the rear knee hovering just off the floor. From there, without stopping the set, go right into five reps followed by a 5second iso hold. Then four, then three, then two, then one. In total it comes out to 21 reps and 21 seconds of iso holds.
