Lunamaria is unlocked by clearing Shinn s story, then reading a message from her and completing her mission. A Char s Zaku II license is required to complete her mission, so you ll have to grind up Char s Friendship as well. Also it really annoys me she doesn t start with a Char s Zaku II license. She uses it all the time in Mission Mode and it s even required to unlock her, but nah, you only get the Destiny Gundam for her.
