This is the sevent level. Actually pretty easy, just after Savepoint2 it gets annoying. Short after Savepoint1 a crab has a coin, However, by reloading from Savepoint1 this crab disappears, making the perfect score unattainable. By the way, by loading savepoint2 the colors changed into red, yellow and so on, making it looks like youre on lsd xD. Luckily fraps still recorded it with the default colors.
