For World Piano Day 2021, Deutsche Grammophon invited 17 pianists from a dozen different countries to celebrate with a scintillating global virtual festival. The celebration marked a bittersweet anniversary, with this years theme Abandoned Pianos evoking the closure of concert halls and music venues during the coronavirus pandemic.
