TOYOTA BZ4 X CONCEPT 2023

MAIN FEATURES Toyota revealed its new BZ (Beyond Zero) subbrand for electric vehicles. It s a small crossover similar in size to the topselling RAV4, and it s due in showrooms in mid2022 as a 2023 model. The BZ4X rides on a newly developed platform, dubbed eTNGA. It s the first dedicatedEV platform for Toyota, and you can expect to see it in multiple models from Toyota (and Lexus) in the coming years. Toyota said it plans to have 15 zeroemission vehicles in its lineup by 2025 The 2023 BZ4X has a single battery with a capacity of 71. 4 kilowatthours and buyers can choose from a frontwheeldrive powertrain with 201 hp or an allwheeldrive setup with 214 hp. A top speed wasn t mentioned but 062 mph acceleration takes 8. 4 seconds with FWD and 7. 7 seconds with AWD. Toyota estimates the frontwheeldrive model at about 250 miles range.
