Watch how an avocado fruit tree was growing from a seed, pit to young plant in this timelapse. An avocado seed was extracted from a storebought fresh fruit and wrapped within a moist paper tower for 30 days to germinate. It was then buried 2, 3 underneath soil. After 15 days, a seedling shot out from the pit and developed its first batch of leaves. Avocado leaves were dark red when young and changed to green as they were going though lightsynthesis.
