A 14yearold boy, Muhammad AlYazji, has become the sole caregiver for his 6monthold baby sister, Toleen after his mother was killed in an Israeli shelling of her parents house, and he lost contact with his father. The boy now lives in a refugee tent with his sister in Rafah, where he has been taking care of her for the past 100 days.
