I Dont Understand AMERICAN ENGLISH

I need HELP understanding American English Eat Sleep Dreamers I love the rich vocabulary and slang that American culture has given the English language. However, there is ONE phrase I DON T GET I could care less What does that mean Ok, I know what it means BUT it doesn t make sense to me. Watch this video to find out why I don t get it.
