Azerbaijan Fish Farm is the largest investor in the fish industry in Azerbaijan. Projects of the company are aimed at creating new fish farms, producing quality fish products and restoration of the biodiversity of the Caspian Sea. Azerbaijan Fish Farm comprises of four largescale projects. These are: a sturgeon breeding farm in the village of Yenikend (Neftechala district) and a flowthrough farm on the shore of the Caspian Sea, an aquaculture farm for trout and Caspian salmon breeding in Zaqatala, Mingechevir and Gabala districts, production and sale of black caviar under the brand name Baku Caviar. We took the scientific achievements of the past and supplemented them with modern technologies and world practices.
