Join me for a wonderful 10 minute Standing pilates routine to improve spinal mobility, give you a good stretch and get you moving and ready for your day. Great as a warm up, cool down and on its own; it contains functional exercises which will improve your posture with regular practice and keep you fit and flexible. You can do this workout anywhere and with regular practice you will feel and see improvements in spinal mobility. It s a simple, clever and effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Great as a morning warm up too.
