Since my PC isn t as new anymore I had to use the plugin Duplicate Frames Remover by Lloyd Alvarez to remove the duplicate frames and Twixtor to make the slow motion even slower (because there wasn t very much slow motion left after removing the duplicate frames since my pc only managed to record at 15fps
