Photoshop Black and White with Color Color Splash Effect

This is an easy Photoshop tutorial on how to make a photo black and white with color. This is called color splash effect. One object is colored and everything else is black and white. I will show you 2 methods. The first one is using the brush tool to color the object which is fast and easy.
