Next use a fixing spray or a mixing medium on your brush so that the glitter adheres to the lips. .. Then use a glitter or a shimmery pigment with a brush and pat it over the lipstick until you ve got your desired coverage. Go over the top using larger chunks of glitter to make it look really glittery, again using a fixing spray or mixing medium. Then leave eyes bare but apply loads of layers
