Dallas School shooting: Teen turns himself in on felony charges
The suspected gunman in the WilmerHutchins High School shooting turned himself in and is facing firstdegree felony charges, according to an arrest affidavit. Tracy Denard Haynes Jr. , 17, turned himself in at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center around 9 p. m. Tuesday. He has been booked into the Dallas County Jail and is charged with four counts of aggravated assault in a mass shooting a firstdegree felony.
