EU defence and foreign ministers have agreed to a 2 billion ammunition plan for resupplying the Ukrainian army. The funding is to be conducted in two stages. First, the EU is set to transfer a billion euros for ammunition that can be quickly delivered. Second, it will fund a joint procurement push to produce NATOcalibre 155millimetre artillery shells.
