4 K Tokyo Shibuya Halloween 2019

Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only. I went for Shibuya Halloween this year again. On Saturday and Sunday it was not that crowded but on the 31th it was exactly like in previous years. No map as I did not go that far from the station and current map around shibuya is already a mess of multiple walks. Time 10, 31 around 8pm.
