MY TIPS: For best results, squeeze your abs core during the whole workout especially during the exercises for your abs Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
