Demo Of Cutting Tool Underwater (1920 1929)
Demonstration of a tool for cutting underwater, possibly some new invention. Location of events unknown. MS man sitting on a jetty, holding piece of machinery. Deepsea diver in the water next to the dock, a few pairs of feet seen on dock. One of the men on jetty hand a thin board (not apparent what material it is made of, maybe metal) down to diver. The man then hands the diver the machine or tool which is attached to 4 tubes. MS diver in water, holds tool up to a blowtorch held down by one of the men above. Diver goes underwater.
