Before it s time to start 2020 with some monumental news for me as an athlete let s look back and see what 2019 had in store. Trips all over the globe with first descents, expeditions and REALLY fun times on and off the river I really couldn t have asked for more. Many life lessons were learned on my quest to become the best version of myself possible. Looking forward to the future
