S. Korea riles China with Ukraine reconstruction deal

South Korea could elbow out China as its set to play a major role in the reconstruction of Ukraine, with the Asian countrys president making a surprise visit to Kiev over the weekend. The meeting with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky resulted in agreements for Korean companies although the development didnt go down well with Beijing, which accused its regional rival of trying to cashin on the conflict. We hear from a senior fellow at the Taihe Institute think tank, Einar Tangen, who says the issue of who will be picking up the bill is crucial.
