For a lesbian female you would start out with a male Shepard and use the code: setgender 1. Remember to save and reload for the sex change. The game will still see you as the sex you started out as, my male Shepard will be called woman and ma am throughout the game and will turn into a female body for the cutscene with the consort and Kaidan BUT h br, br,
