I have decided to quit making and modifying knives
This video is about another set of good quality Russian made knives that I bought in the US, and they were banged up a little and now the 3rd owner. The two previous owners could not throw them either, I did not waste a lot of time because they pushing, if not over the edge of grams per inch of length. They weighed 350 + grams, after I reshaped and reworked them, they weigh 260 grams and throw very good. I also modified the Tips on another set of Russian knives because they quit making them, they told me it was time for a change. That is what life is about, so I modified the tips, so they would stick better in my targets, from looking at it, you can see that is a hard wood. The problem is it has very hard spots and the hardest tip will not penetrate, and the very last knife I threw hit one of those spots and fell to the ground. I have made the decision to quit making or modifying knives because it takes away from my throwing time, and personal time with my family and six cats. I still plan to throw. .
