How long before you can draw figures like this

The artists you like are just people that have taken time to painstakingly learn each of those skills. Even the skill of sharpening a pencil is something that can take a while to learn. None of the skills come easy, but they are all doable. If you are willing to take the time to learn each of the subskills that go into drawing, overcome the hurdles and selfdoubt, then you will be able to draw as well as anybody. In this video, I describe that learning process by explaining which skills were used in these drawings and when I learned them.
