Chicken stuffed with rice, almonds and raisings
Yields: 56 servings. Ingredients: 1 Whole chicken. 1 onion. 3 garlic cloves. paprika. 3 tbsp. of olive oil. cup of rice. cup of raisings. cup of grated almonds This recipe seems complex in the beginning but there is actually not much work to it. Notice that there is no salt in the list of ingredients and thats because the idea is to have a slightly sweet result due to the raisings. Nonetheless, you can add salt if you prefer.
