LEARN TO FLOW: Movement Class for Mobility Strength Yoga, Primal Movement, Animal Flow
A challenging and balanced workout for mobility strength, suitable for all ability levels. Follow along with the cues and work on building control and grace in your movement. This class will teach you a 5 movement flow. Start with a warm up of intro progressions, move on to practice the 5 movements, and finish with a guided flow and time to cool down.
