For more detail: This is a case of a 63yearold woman who underwent a minimally invasive mitral valve repair. Transthoracic echocardiogram revealed a posterior leaflet mitral valve prolapse, 34+ mitral regurgitation, ejection fraction of 60, and a left ventricular end diastolic dimension of 5. 6 cm. Coronary angiography showed no coronary disease and right heart catheterization revealed normal pulmonary pressures. She was seen in consultation and deemed a
