Java is dead, long live Ceylon, Kotlin
Java is not the only compiled, statically typed, programming language for the JVM. Many already know of Scala. There are new comers, most notably Ceylon and Kotlin. In this session, I shall do a brief compare and contrast of these languages, and a couple of possibly surprising ones, to see what the pros and cons are of each.
