Duct ( Duck) Tape DRESS FORM (mannequin) Tutorial

A 2 dollar dress from the thrift store, 2 rolls of pretty Duck Tape, a friend and a pair of Fiskars nonstick scissors. I think I might be on my way to the next season of Project Runway (not really) with this custom fit dress form. You can see versions of this idea all over YouTube, by the way.
