Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice 1 canned cooked chickpeas Roughly 3, 4 cup vegan Mayo ( add more if needed) 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Dash celery seed Few dash cayenne pepper Few Dash onion powder ( not shown on camera) Salt to taste Freshly cracked black pepper 1 tsp cane sugar (optional) 1, 2 tsp lemon juice 1, 4 bell pepper (I used green and red) 1, 4 large purple onion (finely chopped) 1, 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables Thanks for watching Enjoy.
