State Sen Darren Bailey ( R) Picks Stephanie Trussell as his Running Mate

Lisle, Illinois, December 13, 2021 State Senator Darren Bailey announced his running mate to be his Lt Governor is conservative radio personality, Stephanie Trussell. In her remarks, Trussell said the state can t survive another four years of Governor Pritzker. The two new running mates spoke of their intention to offer school choice, review all spending and cut the state budget to allow for a tax cut after two years in office. Trussell spoke of her mother who was only 17, when Trussell was born. She said her mother showed her the value of hard work and traditional values in building a life of value. Stephanie Trussell entered a contest to host one program on WLS radio. She did so well, it lead to her having a regular time slot on the radio, building her name recognition within the Republican and conservative voters of Illinois.
