Bo Durbar (1961)
Full title reads: Bo Durbar. Sierra Leone. Queen Elizabeth II gets out of her car and meets dignitaries. Various shots of the Queen with Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, watching the parade of chiefdoms. M, S of the Africans in costumes. The chiefs are carried in hammocks under a canopy. M, S of one man dressed in a devil outfit which makes him look like a big mop. The Duke laughs. Various shots of people and devils dancing along and playing instruments. One chief gets up and shakes hands with the Queen and Duke, he gets a commemorative medallion then returns to his hammock. Various shots as the parade continues. M, S of Queen at Kenema, she watches two little boys crushing seeds ( ) with a big mortar and pestle. M, S of the Queen watching a man weaving, she enters a thatched house. M, S of the two little boys again. She emerges and watches a woman having her hair done while she breast feeds her baby, the Queen looks in a shack covered with leaves. She approaches a group of men and watches them
