Render Speed Test Resolve vs Premiere vs Final Cut

This is a speed test of three editing suites. All three have the same files and the same grades. They are, DaVinci Resolve 12, Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Final Cut Pro X. Im planning on switching from Adobe Premiere to Final Cut as my second editor to Resolve. One of the reasons is that I hear speed is its main feature.
