35 MIN Intense Booty and Glute Pilates Workout, Sanne Vloet Hi babes Happy Tuesday, how are we doing Can t believe that it s already may Anyway, I m so excited to be posting another workout for you This time we re doing a 35 minute booty and glute burn. I used an elastic band for that extra resistance but you can absolutely do this entire workout without it as well. I have been so busy with traveling that I can t wait to get back in to routines and working out. It just feels so good to take care of your body. I m also currently working on something really really exciting that will be available later this year.
