Tao Yoga Tao Yoga is an ancient Taoist art of mindbody harmony that uses gentle movement, stretches, breath work, visualization and meditation to balance, strengthen and heal the body. Its practice in China goes back over 3000 years. Tao Yoga (TaoYin exercises) were an ancient precursor of Qigong, specifically the variety sometimes known as NeiGong, and were practiced in Chinese Taoist monasteries for health and spiritual cultivation in ancient times.
