In our TO THE LIMIT series, the naked focus is on taking a sledgehammer to that aerobic threshold, knocking it down and building you back up with a mix of threshold, suprathreshold and VO2max efforts that will make your FTP squeal WEEK 6 Sweetspot to suprathreshold lift This week were back into some more steadystate efforts but working on the ability to kick things up a notch whilst remaining disciplined. Its always really easy when lifting the effort to go into the red when doing so. In this session the goal is to lift your power from subthreshold up to just above your FTP as smoothly and as effectively as possible without an overly dramatic kick that will see you accrue unnecessary lactate.
