Drumming sensation How Chioma and The Atlanta Drum Academy won Terry Crews heart and Golden Buzzer
It was a night to remember for Chioma and The Atlanta Drum Academy, a group of young drummers who impressed the judges and the host of Americas Got Talent with their energetic and skillful performance. The drum team, led by eightyearold Chioma, received the coveted Golden Buzzer from Terry Crews, who was moved by their passion and talent. Chioma, who started playing drums at one year old, said he had a dream of being on the show and winning a Golden Buzzer. He and his mother created a vision board with cutouts and glitter, hoping for a chance to score the top honor. He also said he wanted to be the best drummer in the world. The Atlanta Drum Academy, directed by James Riles III, is a school that teaches drumming to kids of all ages.
