ExNavy Captain (Kim Raewon) receives a phone call from an unknown man. The caller says he has set bombs in locations full of people, including a soccer field and a water park. Bombs are sound bombs that explode when nearby ambient sounds exceed 100 decibels. The exnavy captain is desperately trying to stop the terror
